Sales Executive – Fintech Startup, Lending (USA)

Finiti is working with a high-growth, VC-backed Fintech startup with offices in the US and UK. The company provides leading-edge technology to assist lenders with credit decisions.

Due to company expansion and growth in demand, our client is expanding its sales teams internationally.

Key Information:

• Individual contributor (IC) role.
• New business sales role.
• Responsible for a sales target.
• Regional focus is North America.
• Location is East-Coast USA.
• Reports to VP, Head of Sales, North America
• Remuneration includes base salary, double ote and benefits (possible share options).

Key Requirements:

In addition to the skills that make you an excellent salesperson, for example, strong communication, presentation, sales and relationship-building skills. Our client requires:

• Experience in a new business sales role.
• Strong track-record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive experience within a similar firm (i.e. financial technology).
• Experience selling to lending and commercial banking clients in North America.
• Fluent English language skills.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country in which the role is based.
